1. Time has come to remove "kinetic" dmg bonus from caldari ships. - in EVE General Discussion [original thread]
Its much tougher to setup a tank against a caldari ship that it is against a gallente ship. Even with kinetic bonuses a skilled caldari pilot will bring other missiles with him, and use the correct ones depending on what ship he fights.

Here is one solution: put CONCORD in lowsec as well but only in deep space, not at gates. That would mean the local polulation in low sec would explode, and still allow pirates to camp the gates and get the occasional kill.

There is plenty of PvP available in 0.0, so if privateers only look for PvP they can go there. The problem for privateer is that they dont like targets that shoot back, which means 0.0 is out of the question.

Yea, static complexes needs to go. Make them into "unknown" exploration complexes, and give each 0.0 region an equal chance to get them. This way, the best 10/10 complexes will be equally accessible from all regions.
